I got some advice for someone in this group that may help. I had a protein defiency. I read some information about protein and amino acids. I was using Viagra but it would work sometimes and not other times. I am using a protein supplement to get 40 grams of protein per day; one’s body needs a minimum of 50 grams. I have been on this for about three weeks. It has help with hard-ons and sex. I have been able to have sex and maintain a hard on without the use of Viagra. Not saying it a cure for everyone, but someone in this group suggested it, and I read about protein first and then tried it out and it has worked for me.
Personally, I know that when I increase the amount of complete soy protein that I use daily, I have much better erections. I have found that for the best health, that at least 2/3 of my daily protein intake is complete soy protein. Complete protein is a protein that has all 9 essential amino acids present. These 9 essential amino acids cannot be manufactured by our bodies from the protein we consume; hence the term “essential”. HAVE A GREAT DAY!
